Root cause solutions for women using nutrition & lifestyle

I help women struggling with chronic illness and autoimmune conditions as well as women dealing with fatigue, chronic pain & brain fog to get to the root cause of these issues using nutritional therapy so they can take back their health. I believe that diet & lifestyle can either move you towards your health goals or further away from them.

My approach utilizes the foundations of health to support the entire body, not just one organ or body system. Everything in the body is connected, and you need to have a strong health foundation to see lasting positive results.

Nutritional therapy addresses the client’s root cause of a symptom, rather than just addressing the symptom itself. I use a bio-individual approach on nutrition and lifestyle recommendations because everyone is different. Through this approach I’m able to improve energy and sleep, and reduce common issues like brain fog and body aches for clients. Each client’s abilities, resources, and lifestyle is taken into consideration when creating a recommendation so nothing feels out of reach for the client.

Finally, I make sure every client learns the tools and resources they need for their own long term success to create lasting changes.

What is functional nutrition?

NTPs use a deep foundational and bioindividual approach to functional, holistic nutrition to balance body chemistry and achieve optimal wellness. NTPs are equipped to support the body’s innate ability to heal by addressing the importance of nutrient-dense food, anatomy and physiology, lifestyle choices, culinary wellness, client coaching, and how social and personal components affect health.

How is it different?

Nutritional therapy addresses the root cause of a client’s symptoms, rather than just addressing the symptoms themselves. We work with each client’s unique bioindividual needs to create diet and lifestyle recommendations that fit within the client’s lifestyle and abilities.

What can I expect during a consultation?

We’ll review your medical history, prescriptions and supplements, sleep, diet and lifestyle, family history, food and mood journal, symptoms, and health goals. Through this review, I will analyze and identify your nutritional, lifestyle, and supplement needs and prioritize which areas of the body to support. Diet and lifestyle recommendations can be approved or vetoed at any time by the client.

How long will it take for me to achieve my health goals while working with you?

Since we all have unique, bio-individual needs, it’s impossible to give an exact time frame for your situation. Some people start seeing results within a week, and some will take several months to a year. Most clients will need a minimum of three months to see improvements, however your time frame may vary.
